[1]By a letter dated 13 February 2026, the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity by 13 March 2026 to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claims should not be struck out on the basis that(1) the claimant had not complied with Employment Judge Hyams’ directions of 7 November 2025 and(2) the case was not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
