[1]Upon the respondent having indicated it did not intend to pursue an application for costs in the event the claimant’s application to amend to include a complaint of direct discrimination was not pursued that application was not pursued.[2]The claimant’s complaint that he was discriminated against because of something arising from his disability succeeds.[3]The claimant’s complaint that the respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments fails and is dismissed.[4]The compensation payable to the claimant is assessed as follows: injury to feelings £4,700.00 interest on injury to feelings award £547.00 financial loss (net) £642.79 interest on financial loss £37.33 Total £5,927.12 approved by me
