JUDGMENT

Rule 22 Employment Tribunal Rules The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a statutory redundancy pay in the total sum of £6,240. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the total sum of £6,240 redundancy pay.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract, i.e. without being paid for her full notice period. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages for the balance owed in the gross sum of £1,360.[3]The Claimant’s claim for accrued but untaken holiday pay on termination of employment is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £663.52 holiday pay which was unlawfully deducted from her wages.
