Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 – Rule 22[1]The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made on the claim in accordance with Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1,674.14. The respondent shall be responsible for accounting to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due on the net payment and for any other statutory deductions arising from it.[3]The hearing listed on 27 February 2025 is cancelled.
