JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant withdrew her complaints of direct and indirect disability discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 at a preliminary hearing for case management on 2 July 2025 (“the Withdrawn Complaints”). At a preliminary hearing for case management on 27 November 2025 the Claimant agreed that the Withdrawn Complaints should be dismissed on withdrawal and they are hereby dismissed. Her complaints unfair dismissal, failure to make reasonable adjustments and discrimination arising from disability proceed.
