[1]The Respondent’s application to strike out the claim of unfair dismissal is wellfounded, and that Claim is struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The Respondent’s application to strike out the claim of Age Discrimination is well-founded, and that claim is struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success.[3]The Respondent’s application to strike out the disability discrimination claim is not well founded and is dismissed, but upon there being a finding that the disability discrimination claims have little reasonable prospects of success a deposit order (see separate Order for terms) is made.[4]The Respondent’s application to strike out the victimisation claim is not wellfounded and that matter will continue until determined at a final hearing.
