[1]The claim was presented on 9/4/2025 following the Claimant having been dismissed on 2/12/2024.[2]The above named Respondent, which had company number 12463310 and its registered office at Britannia House, Askew Road West, Gateshead, Tyne And Wear, NE8 2PD, (the address given on the ACASA certificate and on the ET1) was incorporated on 14/2/2020 and dissolved on 5/7/2022 and so plainly was not the company which employed the Claimant immediately before his dismissal. That being the case and as it no longer exists, the claim against it must be dismissed.[3]The company which appears to have employed the Claimant immediately before he was dismissed was Artificial Grass North East Limited, (company number 08452061, with its registered office at Suite 5 Bulman House Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS), which was incorporated on 19/3/2023 and dissolved by way of creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 26/6/2025. It is too late to add this second company as a new respondent as it no longer exists.
