JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint listed below is dismissed on withdrawal. 1.1 victimisation identified as “Incident 19” in the Respondent's List of Issues dated 14th January 2026 at paragraph 10.2.5, alleging acts of victimisation by the Respondent’s legal team and external barristers.[2]The complaints listed below are struck out in accordance with Rule 40 of the ET rules 2024 as having no reasonable prospects of success. The claims struck out are:2.1 any Protected Disclosure claims based on Protected Disclosure 1, said to be contained in a report written by the Claimant on 12th September 2022.2.2 Protected Acts 1, 2 and 3 of victimisation under the Equality Act 2010.[3]The remaining claims as set out in the Claim Forms and identified through the further particulars are unaffected and will proceed.
