Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 – Rule 22[1]The claim was issued in the London South Employment Tribunals on 18 September 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, in accordance with Rule 22.[2]The Claimant’s claim for outstanding holiday pay on termination of the contract is wellfounded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1208.77 net.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction of wages for the period up to 22 May 2024 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1764.41 net.[4]The claimant’s claim for redundancy pay is not well founded, because the claimant does not have the required 2 years’ continuous service under Section 155 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
