JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.(1) The sole or principal reason for the claimant’s dismissal was not the fact that he had made a protected disclosure for the purposes of section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996.(2) The complaint of unfair dismissal therefore fails because the claimant lacks sufficient qualifying service to bring it in accordance with sections 94 and 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
