The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 28 November 2024 the Tribunal informed the claimant that the claim was stayed because the respondent is in administration and the claimant could not continue with the claim without the written agreement of the Administrator of an Order from the High Court giving permission to do so. It was indicated that an Employment Judge would consider the matter in 6 months and, in the absence of such an agreement, would consider whether to strike out the claim on the basis it was not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has not contacted the Tribunal since the letter was issued and has not provided any agreement from the Administrator or Order from the High Court. Nor have any other representations been made by the claimant. The Tribunal concludes the claim is not being actively pursued, and it is therefore struck out. Approved by:
