JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of harassment related to disability, that on 11 February 2025 Ms McLoughlin responded with hostility to something the claimant said about his ADHD/dyslexia, saying what he had said was ‘unprofessional/disruptive’ and threatening ‘alternate arrangements’, is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The remaining complaints of harassment related to disability are not well-founded and are dismissed.[3]The complaint of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The complaint of failure to make reasonable adjustments for disability is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[5]The complaint of victimisation is not well-founded and is dismissed. v3 10.2.25 1 Case Number: 6011343/2025 Remedy[6]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums: Compensation for injury to feelings £22,000 Interest on compensation for injury to £1,832.33 feelings calculated in accordance with the Employment Tribunals (Interest on Awards in Discrimination Cases) Regulations 1996 380 (number of days from 11.2.2025 to 26.2.2026) x 0.08 (8%) x 1/365 (daily calculation) x £22,000 (sum awarded for past losses) Total Injury to Feelings: £23,832.33 Approved by: Employment Judge Childe 26 February 2026 Note Reasons for the judgment were given orally at the hearing.
