[1]By a letter dated 7th February 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with Orders of the Tribunal dated 27th September 2024 and 10th January 2025 and the claim was not actively being pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
