JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages under s13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £192, which is the balance of the gross sum under-paid by the respondent when it paid the claimant’s wages on 1 June 2024.
