The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 19 May 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it was submitted over 4 months out of time.[2]The claimant has not replied. The claim is therefore struck out for the reasons in that letter.[3]In the meantime the respondent submitted the response and has informed the tribunal that there is already a claim before the tribunal about the same issues (2306877.24). For the avoidance of doubt the race discrimination aspect of that claim is continuing. Approved by:
