JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of non-protected characteristic discrimination, unfair treatment, failure to comply with a duty of care, exclusion and failure to provide protection from stress are to be struck out on the basis that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them on the later of the following dates:a. 4pm on 21 February 2025;b. If the Claimant presents an application to amend her claim by 4pm on 21 February 2025, the date on which that application is determined. Accordingly, if any application to amend is refused, the case proceeding under reference 6010975/2024 will be struck out in its entirety. If any such application is allowed, the amendment is the only claim that will proceed. Approved by
