[1]The claimant’s Section 103A unfair dismissal complaint succeeds and the respondent shall pay him a compensatory award of £3456.[2]The claimant’s complaint that he has not been paid his holiday pay on termination of employment (Regulation 14 working time regulations) succeeds and the respondent shall pay to him the gross sum of £2208.[3]The total sum payable by the respondent is £5664.
