[1]The claim for unpaid wages relating to notice pay and holiday pay was not presented within the applicable time limit as required by section 23(2) Employment Rights Act 1996. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claim is dismissed. Case Number: 6010564/2024[2]The claim for redundancy pay was not presented within the applicable time limit as required by section 164 Employment Rights Act 1996 and it is not just and equitable that the employee should receive a redundancy payment. The claim is dismissed.[3]The complaint against the Second Respondent in respect of an application under section 182 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was not brought within the applicable time limit as required by section 188 of that Act.
