JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not transferred from the first respondent to the second respondent under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.[2]The first respondent failed to pay the claimant a statutory redundancy payment. The first respondent shall pay the claimant a statutory redundancy payment of £5,192.28.[3]The first respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract. The first respondent shall pay the claimant damages equivalent to eight weeks’ notice in the gross sum of £4,615.36.[4]The claims against the second respondent are not well-founded and are dismissed.
