JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claims in respect of the acts and omissions of the Second, Third and Fifth respondents are struck out as having no reasonable prospect of success in accordance with Rule 38(1)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024. The remaining claims shall proceed to a final hearing.[2]All the complaints against the Fourth respondent are withdrawn by the claimant but are not dismissed as those complaints are maintained against the First respondent and shall proceed to a final hearing.
