JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is not well-founded and is dismissed. Wages[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of £300.00 from the claimant's wages in respect of bonuses owed in the period October 2024 to December 2024.[3]The respondent shall also pay the claimant £150 to compensate the claimant for financial loss attributable to the unauthorised deduction. Case Number: 6010333/2025[4]The respondent shall therefore pay the claimant £450. Holiday pay[5]BY CONSENT the complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction of £135.38 from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended.[6]The respondent shall pay the claimant £135.38.
