[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of wages earned in January (£700) and February 2025 (£379.46) is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1079.46.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of failure to pay for holiday accrued but untaken on termination of her employment is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £574.92.
