JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims are dismissed under rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2024 because the claimant failed to attend or to be represented at the hearing.[2]Attempts were made to contact the claimant without success. There has been no contact from the claimant to the Employment Tribunal since 2 June 2025. That contact was in connection with an earlier listing of this hearing being postponed and relisted, at the claimant’s request, to a date that was consistent with both parties stated availability.
