JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for breach of contract and/or unpaid wages are not made out and are dismissed.[2]The claimant was not dismissed at the time of the claim being issued and therefore did not claim for unfair dismissal.[3]It is declared pursuant to section 12(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 that the respondent failed to give an itemised pay statement to the claimant at or before the time at which payments of his wages were made in accordance with section 8(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in February 2024, March 2024, April 2024, May 2024, June 2024, July 2024 and August 2024.
