JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application for interim relief is well founded and is granted.[2]The Tribunal makes the following Orders pursuant to Section 129 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 made with a view to continue the relevant contractual benefits:2.1 A continuation of contract Order in respect of the Claimant’s contract of employment dated 2 May 2024 (as amended) from the date of termination of employment (19 March 2023) until the determination or settlement of the claim for unfair dismissal.2.2 The Order extends to the provision of accommodation in Clause 4.2.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £432.20 Net within 28 days in respect of her salary from the date of termination to the date of this hearing (in respect of the period 20 March 2025 to 10 April 2025).[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1296.96 on the 25th of each month from April until the final determination or settlement of her claim.[5]The sum due for April 2025 will be reduced by the proportion of the sums ordered in paragraph 3 above which relate to the Claimant’s salary for April to account for the sums awarded under paragraph 3 above. That sum due to be paid for April 2025 is agreed between the parties as £864.66. Case No: 6009720/2025 Approved by
