JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of direct disability discrimination is dismissed following the withdrawal of the claim at the outset of this hearing.[2]The claimant’s claim of discrimination by failure to make reasonable adjustments was presented outside the time limit for such a claim. It is not just and equitable to extend time and accordingly the claim is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claims of discrimination arising from disability and of automatic unfair dismissal are not well founded and are dismissed.
