JUDGMENT
[1]The correct name of the respondent is Ion Ambulance Care Limited and the title of the proceedings are amended accordingly.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages by reason of making late payments of wages in period from 31 August 2024 until 17 May 2025. The claimant has now been paid all her wages.[3]The claimant has sustained a financial loss, in the form of bank charges and penalties, as a result of the unlawful deductions and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £346.00 pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.
