JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages and in respect of holiday pay are well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant her wages for November 2024, December 2024 and January 2025 and for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,718.32, which is the net amount deducted. The respondent is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance due.
