[1]By a letter dated 27 August 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out for the reasons set out in that letter.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or reply at all. The claim is therefore struck out as a duplicate of claim number 6008440/2024.[3]This does not affect claim number 6008440/2024 which is still continuing, though currently stayed. Approved by:
