The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and breached the claimant’s contract by deducting monies from his wages ostensibly for pension contributions which were never paid into a pension scheme and/or made unlawful deductions from his wages in respect of those payments and must pay the claimant £1,947.00.[3]The hearing listed on 11 July is cancelled.
