[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Fika Recruitment Limited.

[2]The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.

[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy.

[4]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment.

[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,730.76.

[6]The respondent terminated the claimant’s contract of employment without giving her the notice to which she was entitled under her contract of employment and under the statutory notice provisions in the Employment Rights Act 1996.

[7]The claim of breach of contract succeeds.

[8]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation of three week’s net pay in the sum of £1,449.18. Approved by
