JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.(2) The Claimant’s claims for disability discrimination are dismissed on grounds that the Claimant was not at the times relevant to her claim a disabled person within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010.(3) The Claimant’s employment terminated on 24 July 2024. She was paid the amounts to which she was entitled and her claim for sick pay has no reasonable prospect of success. Approved byREASONS
