Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages of 5 week’s pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,500.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant notice pay and is ordered to pay the claimant 1 week’s pay in lieu of notice of £500.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant accrued but untaken holidays and is ordered to pay the claimant £300[4]The claimant is no longer pursuing a claim for public interest disclosure detriment and that claim is dismissed on withdrawal.[5]The respondent must pay the claimant £3,300 within 7 days of the date this judgment is sent to the parties.
