[1]The complaint of unfair constructive dismissal is well-founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]There was a 20% chance that the claimant would have been fairy dismissed in any event.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant the following sums:(a) a basic award of £8,250.00; and(b) a compensatory award of £11,946.54 Note: The above sums are the actual amounts payable to the claimant after the deduction set out at point 2 above has been applied.
