REASONS
[1]The respondent considered the claim had no reasonable prospect of success because the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s complaint.[2]On 17 December 2024, I wrote to the claimant to advise that he had until 14 January 2025 to make representations avoiding the claim being struck out for the reasons being offered by the respondent.[3]The claimant has not responded to that letter. The respondent wrote to the Tribunal in June 2025 and September 2025 to ask for the claim to be struck out. The claimant has not responded to either of those letters.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.[5]I apologise for the length of time it has taken to respond to the respondent’s correspondence in 2025.
