[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Little Robins Nursery & PreSchool Limited.[2]The Respondent’s application for an extension of time to submit its response is refused.[3]The Claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction of wages for October, November and December 2024 succeeds.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total gross sum of £1302.38. This consists of4.1 £350.00 shortfall for October 20244.2 £317.46 shorfall for November 20244.3 £634.92 unpaid salary for December 2024.
