Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £841.33.[2]The claimant’s application for a preparation time order is refused because none of the criteria for such an order have been established. The mere fact alone that the Respondent did not pay the sums that it was obliged to pay does not fulfil the criteria. The Respondent’s failure to submit a response:(a) post dates the application for preparation time order and(b) has not caused the Claimant to undertake additional preparation time.
