JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s holiday pay claim is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The Claimant’s claim of direct race discrimination under ss.13 and 39(2)(d) of the Equality Act 2010 relying on the protected characteristic of Polish nationality is struck out under Rule 38(1)(a) because it has no reasonable prospect of success. NOTE[3]Reasons for the decision noted at para. 2 above were given at the hearing. Any request for written reasons for that decision must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of this Judgment.
