The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Strike out of claim[1]The claimants two claims (case numbers 6008442/24 and 6022489/24) are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rules 38(1)(c) and (d) because:a. the claimant has not complied with the Tribunal Orders, andb. The claims are not being actively pursued. The claimant has not responded to any correspondence from the respondent’s representatives and the Tribunal.[2]In addition, claim number 6022489/24 for unfair dismissal is struck out because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim: the claimant was not employed by the respondent for two years.
