[1]Neither party attended the hearing today. The clerk attempted to contact the parties but without success. Employment Judge Martin reviewed the case file and noted that the claimant had emailed the Tribunal on 2 December 2024 suggesting he may be withdrawing his claims, but he did not confirm the position. EJ Martin concluded that the non-attendance by both parties, without explanation, suggested that the claimant was therefore not proceeding with his claims, which were hereby dismissed. _
