JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to pay holiday pay are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's pay in respect of notice pay due upon termination of employment on 15 October 2024. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2,930.62 deducted from pay.[3]Under section 163 Employment Rights Act 1996 it is determined that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment following termination of her employment on 15 October 2024 in the sum of £4,795.56. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant this sum. Case No: 6008242/2025 Approved by:
