[1]By consent, the name of the respondent is amended to YTL Construction (UK) Ltd.[2]At all material times the claimant was disabled by reason of dyslexia (including, for the purposes of clarity, cognitive weakness in working memory and processing speed). Case Number: 6008214/2025 OFFICIAL OFFICIAL[3]Upon it being recorded that the parties agree that the list of issues in the case management order of 26 March 2026 remain accurate, the directions set out in that order remain in force without variation.
