JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages (relating to arrears of pay / other payments) is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant (in respect of both 6008179/2025 and 6008180/2025).[2]Claim 6008180/2025 has been withdrawn by the claimant in its entirety. That claim is therefore at an end. However, no judgment dismissing that claim is issued because it would not be in the interests of justice to do so, as the facts and allegations in that claim are the same as in 6008179/2025, which is continuing.[3]The remainder of the claimant’s complaints are unaffected and remain listed for hearing from 2 to 6 November 2026.
