JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Employment Tribunal on 8 August 2024 against Oven Support Limited. Employment Judge Midgley subsequently granted an application by the claimant to amend the respondent to Oven Support England Limited which was not objected to.[2]Oven Support England Limited has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[3]The respondent, Oven Support England Limited has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1390 gross.[4]The respondent, Oven Support England Limited must pay the claimant £1390 in total.
