Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The application to amend the claim dated 15 January 2025 has not been opposed and is granted.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £300.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1553.52 (£388.38 per week net x 4 weeks).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £196.39.
