JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) The complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to PCPs 2 and 3 of the List of Issues annexed to the Note of Preliminary Hearing of Judge Shotter dated 29 October 2026, are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 38(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success.(2) The remaining complaint of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to PCP 1 of the same List of Issues as described in (1) (above), is unaffected by this judgment and will proceed to the final hearing listed to take place in the Manchester Employment Tribunal on 6, 7, 8 & 9 September 2027.
