JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the Claimant and he is awarded the following sums:a. £1084 (net) deducted from the wages due to the Claimant as shown on a payslip covering the period 27 November to 26 December 2025; and Case Number: 6007986/26b. £180.88 (net) deducted from the wages due to the Claimant as shown on a payslip covering the period 27 December 2025 to 26 January 2026.[2]The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £1264.88 payable by the Respondent within 14 days.
