[1]The claimant’s complaints of breach of contract (notice pay); breach of the Working Time Regulations (holiday pay); and unlawful deduction from wages are all hereby dismissed.REASONS
[1]Employment Judgement Martin reviewed the case file upon the non-attendance by the claimant at the hearing today. No explanation was given by the claimant for her non-attendance today. Further, EJ Martin noted that the claimant had not complied with the orders made in these proceedings. Accordingly, Employment Judge Martin concluded that the claimant was not intending to pursue these proceedings, which were therefore hereby dismissed.
