REASONS
[1]The claim is struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(d) because it is has not been actively pursued.[2]On 27 September 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant asking her to provide a calculation of what she was claiming.[3]On 8 October 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant repeating its request of 27 September 2024 and asking for other contact details for the Respondent.[4]On 18 October 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant saying: The Tribunal has not received a reply from you to our correspondence of 27th September and 8th October 2024. It appears that you are no longer pursuing your claim. Accordingly, Employment Judge Spencer is considering striking out your claim because it is not being actively pursued. If you want to object to the proposal you should respond to our letter and/or give your reasons why your claim should not be struck out or request a hearing at which you can give them by 1st November 2024.[5]No response has been provided by the Claimant.
