JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, the Claimant is permitted to amend her claim to bring additional complaints of unauthorised deductions arising since the issue of the claim form in respect of pay to date of termination of employment on 4 June 2025 to include claims in respect of Statutory Sick Pay and 5 days holiday pay for holidays taken during the Claimant’s notice period. By consent: Wages[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages in the period 1 February 20254 June 2025.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £4,458.40 which is the gross sum deducted calculated as follows:a. £2,266.77 in respect of wages from 1 January 202527 February 2025;b. £47.50 in respect of Statutory Sick Pay (2 days) in the period 3-7 February 2025;c. £1,686.25 in respect of Statutory Sick Pay (14 weeks and one day) in the period from 27 February 202526 May 2025; andd. £457.88 in respect of holiday pay for 5 days’ annual leave taken in the period from 26 May 20254 June 2025.[4]The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
